The studio will review submitted information and if we approve your request, we will prepare a written license agreement. The studio requires copies of the item(s) with the reproduction, and in some cases, high-resolution image(s) of the work(s) in exchange for permission to reproduce.
Please note that if permission for reproduction is granted, the image(s) of the licensed work(s) must be shown in its entirety without cropping, overwriting, bleeding or distortion or any other alteration, unless prior written approval from the studio is delivered to the Licensee.
Details may be published for educational purposes; however, they must be labeled as such and a reproduction of the work in its entirety must be published within the publication as well.
In addition, the cover design, details, labeling, credit line, color proofs of works for which an image is provided by the studio must be submitted to the studio for final approval prior to publication. The same restrictions apply if a third party provides the image.
